Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with any item of your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date (subject to the terms below) for a refund (you can choose on the returns form). Please note that returns must be delivered to us within this time.

Returns and pick-up from home

We are pleased to offer a returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that comply with our returns policy. On every package we ship, a prepaid returns label is included.

To avoid disappointment, we advise you to place a new order for any items you wish to exchange and request a refund for your returns, as the items you want may be sold out in the time it takes us to receive your returns. We cannot hold items and cannot guarantee that they will be available before you receive your return.

Return terms

Items must be in like new condition showing no signs of wear with all original packaging, clothing tags and labels still attached. The original shoeboxes and other containers in which the products were sold are considered part of the product and must also be returned in undamaged and unused condition. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.

We do not accept items that have been damaged due to wear, alteration or improper washing (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). When trying on items, please ensure they have not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals, and be sure to try on shoes on a clean, smooth surface.

The delivery cost of the return package will be deducted from the refund amount, and this price may vary depending on the weight, size and country of the returned package.

Please note that for international orders, gift wrapping, shipping costs, and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.

Please note that NINOS monitors the number and status of returned products and canceled orders by customers.

Violations of our returns policy or repeated returns or cancellations will be reported and may, at our discretion, result in the closure of your account or rejection of future orders.
